PITTSBURGH, Oct. 11 -- ReturnCentral, a leading provider of reverse supply chain software and solutions, today announced the completion of an agreement with Chicago-based Supply-Chain Services (SSI). SSI will install ReturnMatrix(TM), a web-based returns management solution featuring rules- based authorization, transportation management, disposition optimization, advanced reporting capabilities as well as full systems integration.
Reverse Supply Chain Management (RSCM) is a new and unique solution space that enables companies to realize increases in profitability and customer satisfaction by controlling the processes involved in moving returned products and information backward through the entire supply chain.
