Under the terms of the agreement, Triversity will integrate the CyberShift Workforce Management Suite with Triversity`s Transactionware family of point-of-sale (POS) solutions, providing a fully integrated best-of-breed solution for store operations.
The combined offering, to be sold as LaborWatch, will provide retailers with the tools needed to automate workforce processes for improved productivity, increased operational efficiencies and enhanced customer service. The CyberShift Workforce Management Suite provides highly intuitive Web-based time and attendance, advanced scheduling, forecasting and reporting capabilities. Because it is built on an advanced services-oriented architecture (SOA) utilizing Java 2 Enterprise Edition standards, retail customers benefit from a highly scalable enterprise suite that can easily integrate with other mission-critical systems for real-time decision making and business gain. Additionally, end users will experience lower IT costs due to component re-use and ease of configurability offered by a services-oriented architecture.
