WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.- Jan. 24, 2005--ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCLK) announced today that its
Mediaplex and AdWare Systems subsidiaries have been united under the
Mediaplex brand name. Today`s announcement demonstrates ValueClick`s
commitment to better serve agency and marketer needs for the planning,
execution and tracking of their online and offline media campaigns.

Industry Veteran Joe Lampert to Lead AdVault Strategic Sales in
New York
Mediaplex today also announced the hiring of Joe Lampert to lead
its AdVault marketing efforts. A fifteen-year veteran with marketing
services enterprise software organizations, Mr. Lampert is an
experienced industry executive with major advertising agency
relationships. Mr. Lampert`s background includes eleven years as vice
president of client services for Donovan Data Systems, where he was
responsible for senior relationships with major advertising agencies
such as DDB, Saatchi & Saatchi, Zenith Optimedia, and Lowe & Partners
Worldwide. Additionally, Mr. Lampert has provided strategic consulting
services to MediaPort, an e-business consortium formed by advertising
agencies Omnicom, IPG, and WPP. Mr. Lampert is based in New York and
reports directly to Mediaplex general manager, Tom Vadnais.
