As VP of Product Marketing he was in charge of product strategy, messaging, and product launches, resulting in tenfold increase in business rules revenue. His tenure as VP of Operations included worldwide customer support, customer education, sales administration, and IT. Williams also spent 20 years at Hewlett-Packard, where he held a variety of senior product management, marketing management, business development, and strategic planning positions.
