Electronic Payment Exchange Changes Name to InterCept Payment Solutions
ATLANTA, Jan. 2 -- InterCept, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICPT), a leading provider of technology solutions for financial institutions and merchants announced today that its merchant transaction processing subsidiary, Electronic Payment Exchange, Inc. (EPX) has changed its name to InterCept Payment Solutions, Inc.
