DigitalThink and NRF Foundation Online University to Offer Courses to Retailers

New York, NY - National Retail Federation - Jan 13, 2003 - DigitalThink, Inc. Additionally, the NRF Foundation (NRFF), the research and education arm of the National Retail Federation, today announced the availability of DigitalThink`s retail courses through NRFF`s NRF University wired. This new initiative offers global retailers of all types educational content designed specifically for retailers. As part of the development process for NRF University wired, DigitalThink`s retail-specific curriculum was peer-reviewed by the NRFF and retail training experts.

The DigitalThink retail courseware includes 29 courses that contain retail specific case studies and scenarios. Topic areas are customer service, sales training, associate development, managerial skills, area management, and loss prevention - all with integrated audio, tracking and reporting and pre and post assessments. Through DigitalThink`s L5 delivery platform, the courses also offer a personalized learning path through the content.
