Seasoned Executives will Lead Development of FullTilt`s Collaborative Product Information Management Software in Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Markets

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA - (August 26, 2003) - FullTilt Solutions, the leading provider of Collaborative Product Information Management (CPIM) software and a premier custom software development and integration services firm, announced today the hiring of Tom Mongoven as Executive Director, CPG & Retail Business, and Tom Duffy as Director of Marketing. The two executives will lead the growth of I-Accel, FullTilt`s advanced CPIM solution, as it continues to meet the critical e-collaboration needs of customers in the retail and consumer packaged goods industries.

I-Accel is a web-based, enterprise wide solution that enables companies to easily aggregate, analyze, share, manage and optimize quality product data and maximize productivity. I-Accel provides the accuracy and consistency that is crucial to successful synchronization between trading partners in order to increase speed to market, grow sales, cut costs, and improve customer service levels.

Mongoven comes to FullTilt from CommerceOne, Inc. where he was Vice President CPG/Retail Industry Sales. Duffy, an e-commerce marketing veteran, was most recently Vice President of Marketing at UCCnet, the market leader in data synchronization.

Global Registry Proponent
Tom Mongoven has over 20 years of technology sales and supply chain experience. While with Commerce One, Mongoven was the senior executive responsible for the relationship between the company and the Uniform Code Council and UCCnet. He led the original sales and development team that built the UCCnet Global Registry, a standard now adopted by over 400 companies including Wal-Mart, Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, Kellogg`s, McCain Foods, Wegmans Markets, Lowes, Ace Hardware, and other leading retailers and manufacturers.

Prior to his time at CommerceOne, Mongoven held senior supply chain and e-commerce positions with Bumble Bee Seafoods and Wilson Sporting Goods. He has been awarded the Uniform Code Council UCS Outstanding Achievement Award for contribution to the CPG industry, and for three years he also served as co-chairman of the Uniform Code Council annual user group conference.

UCCnet Pioneer
As the second employee of UCCnet, Tom Duffy co-developed and facilitated the go-to-market strategy for this well-known industry standards organization. His specific responsibilities included market development, direction of advertising and corporate communications programs, and conceptualization and implementation of the marketing vision and channel strategies of the organization.

Duffy`s past positions also include Director of Net Commerce for the Hunt Corporation, a major manufacturer of art and office supply products. At Hunt, Duffy developed strategy and new market opportunities for the company`s most visible business units. Duffy is a recognized expert on the B2B collaborative commerce and has spoken at many industry conferences. He has also been quoted in various publications including Business 2.0, Consumer Goods Technology, Information Week, Grocery Headquarters, and Executive Technology magazines. Duffy holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
