Timebeat4teens.com launches promotion to boost average ticket, repeat buys

Retailing web site Timebeat4teens.com, which offers clothing, accessories and electronics for sale to teens, is launching a sweepstakes with Hoffman’s Chocolates with a total value of $50,000. The contest will run Oct. 15 to Jan. 15.
