ForeSee Results acquires usability consulting company Red Spade
ForeSee Results, provider of online customer satisfaction monitoring and management, has acquired web-site usability consulting company Red Spade. With the acquisition, ForeSee Results will be able to offer clients usability audit reviews to help improve consumers’ online experience.
ForeSee Results measures customer satisfaction at web sites. The addition of Red Spade will give ForeSee’s clients a way to make improvements to the shortcomings that ForeSee identifies, the company says. “This acquisition made perfect sense as part of ForeSee Results’ aggressive strategy to meet the needs of clients that require more specific direction on where to concentrate their online investment and improvement efforts,” says Larry Freed, president and CEO of ForeSee Results.
Red Spade partners Kay Min and Jennifer Bailey will join ForeSee and move the company from Chicago to ForeSee’s headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI.
