Names Chris Selland and Sheryl Kingstone, President and Vice President
New Regional Chapter Forms in Portland
ATLANTA - September 8, 2003 - The Customer Relationship Management Association (CRMA) announces the appointment of Chris Selland as President and Sheryl Kingstone as Vice President. These new leadership positions were created to support CRMA`s continued growth and establish the infrastructure to expand further, both domestically and abroad.
"I am thrilled to have two CRM luminaries like Chris and Sheryl at the Association`s helm," notes CRMA Founder, Ginger Cooper. "What began in May of 2002 as a regional chapter in Atlanta, has grown quickly into an international organization. It`s been an amazing voyage thus far, and we`ve only just begun!"
Mr. Selland is Founder of Reservoir Partners, L.P., an end-user focused Relationship Management strategy firm offering research, advisory and consulting services www.reservoirpartners.com. He has a successful track record for helping companies define, prioritize and execute customer-facing Relationship Management strategies. As CRMA President, Chris is the primary spokesperson and liason to all constituents including CRMA members, chapter heads and National Board members. Chris will also speak on CRMA`s behalf at trade shows and conferences and handle press opportunities with select publications.
Ms. Kingstone is the Program Manager of Yankee Group`s CRM Strategies Planning Services, where she researches and writes about sales and marketing effectiveness, partner relationship management, CRM infrastructure and CRM delivery strategies www.yankeegroup.com. In her role as CRMA Vice President, Sheryl is responsible for maintaining relationships with National sponsors, creating National sponsorship programs and securing new sponsors. She will also coordinate member benefits programs, pursue partnership opportunities and review the national web site for accuracy.
