RETURN PATH APPOINTS ANITA ABSEY AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, ANNOUNCES FORMATION OF CUSTOMER ADVISORY BOARD
New York, NY [February 03, 2003] - Return Path, Inc., the leading provider of e-mail change of address (ECOA) services, today announced the appointment of Anita Absey as Vice President of Sales. The announcement coincides with the formation of Return Path’s Customer Advisory Board, to be chaired by former Return Path Vice President of Sales, Dave Paulus.
Absey brings more than 15 years of direct marketing and sales experience to Return Path, helping corporate customers integrate data and database management tools for their customer acquisition and customer relationship management programs. Before joining Return Path, Absey was Director of Client Development for USADATA where she managed strategic partnerships and cultivated new business relationships in the insurance and financial services sectors. Prior to USADATA, Absey held senior sales management positions at DoubleClick, including Senior Vice President, New Markets for Abacus Direct, a division of DoubleClick. She also spent six years with Acxiom Corporation in both sales and management positions.
Paulus, who recently joined Merkle Direct Marketing, Inc. (a Return Path strategic partner) as Vice President, Data Solutions, will preside over Return Path’s new Customer Advisory Board – a panel of Return Path Clients and Partners that will meet bi-annually to share industry trends, CRM best practices and provide input to Return Path’s product development initiatives.
