NETLEDGER NAMES NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
Tara Ryan joins NetLedger from Deloitte Consulting
San Mateo, Calif., February 7, 2003 - NetLedger, Inc., makers of Oracle(r)
Small Business Suite, today announced a major step in its aggressive move
to build brand awareness and support the rapid growth of sales by bringing
on board Tara Ryan as vice president of marketing. At NetLedger, Ms. Ryan
will lead the company`s brand development, lead generation, product marketing,
and corporate communications to further increase the visibility and awareness
of the company`s award-winning products including Oracle Small Business
Suite and NetSuite(tm). The Oracle Small Business Suite name is used under
license from Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL).

Ms. Ryan brings to NetLedger extensive experience spanning more than 10
years in the advertising, marketing and branding of technology companies.
Ms. Ryan joins NetLedger from Deloitte Consulting, where she was director
of worldwide marketing. While at Deloitte Consulting, Ms. Ryan successfully
launched global marketing campaigns, and developed alliances with companies
such as SAP, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, PeopleSoft, Oracle and Seibel. Prior
to Deloitte Consulting she was vice president of worldwide marketing at
Commerce One, where she was responsible for all marketing initiatives and
created innovative marketing and PR campaigns, which led to Commerce One`s
position as the number one Internet marketplace. Before that Ms. Ryan
spent three years as vice president of worldwide marketing at Network Associates.
While at Network Associates, she developed creative marketing campaigns
and was the driving marketing force behind McAfee.com`s successful IPO.
She also held various marketing positions at Oracle Corp.
Ms. Ryan holds a B.A. in history from the University of California at Los
Angeles and is a regular participant in industry associations such as the
International Advertising Association, Business Marketing Association and
Direct Marketing Association. She is a regular speaker and lecturer on
branding for international business and software marketing.
