I-Behavior names direct marketing industry veteran as CEO
Database marketing company I-Behavior has named Christopher Dice chief operating officer. Most recently, Dice was president and CEO of Abacus Direct Corp., a service provider in the direct marketing industry, which has been acquired by DoubleClick, Inc.
Dice brings more than 30 years of experience in managing technology-based companies to his new role as CEO of I-Behavior, which focuses on serving the targeted marketing needs of multi-channel retailers. “We’re delighted to have Chris on board to continue the extraordinary accomplishments of I-Behavior’s team,” said chairman and co-founder Lester Wunderman.
Lynn Wunderman, founding CEO, will resign from the company but continue to provide consulting services and remain a significant shareholder. Under her tenure, I-Behavior was the first to offer attitudinal targeting, the first to track promotion history of member campaigns and results and the first to develop patented technology to support a precise buy-centric portrait of buyers.
I-Behavior’s cooperative database consolidates online and offline purchase behavior of
nearly 1,200 participants representing 118 million active direct channel buyers.
