The first of two new independent Board Members just joining is Scott Sparks. As a Partner with a global management consulting firm, Scott has tremendous expertise in business strategy, supply chain, distribution, reseller programs and in-depth management knowledge. Scott’s career in consulting and industry includes positions with A.T. Kearney, Ford, and Boeing.
Vince Bianco also has also joined the company’s Board. He is currently the CEO of Newsforce (www.Newsforce.com). Vince has over 20-years of experience starting venture-backed technology companies such as Risk Data Corporation and The Return Exchange, Inc. (now The Retail Equation) from conception to acquisition as president, COO, Board Member, investor and founder.
