Velosel Appoints Former PeopleSoft Executive as CEO

Thomas Jones joins Collaborative Product Information Management software leader

Mountain View, California - September 29, 2003 - Velosel(tm) Corporation, the leading provider of Collaborative Product Information Management (CPIM) solutions, has named Thomas Jones, former PeopleSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSFT) senior vice president of North American sales, as president and CEO. Glenn Abood, Velosel`s former CEO, will continue to serve as the company`s chairman.

With 20 years of experience in leading both publicly listed and privately funded enterprise software and applications companies, Jones will drive Velosel`s global expansion strategy and head up the company`s next phase of growth

At PeopleSoft, the world`s second largest provider of enterprise application software, Jones was responsible for all software license revenues in North America, totaling $500 million. He also implemented and spearheaded the company`s new sales organization structure of more than 600 staff.

Prior to PeopleSoft, Jones was president and CEO of StrataSource, Inc., an application and infrastructure management services provider (MSP). Under his leadership, the privately funded start-up grew from a boutique service organization to become the market`s leading MSP. Jones led the sale of StrataSource to SevenSpace, Inc., an information technology outsourcing provider.

Previously, Jones was president & COO at MDL Information Systems, Inc., a provider of software solutions to global drug and chemical manufacturers. He was instrumental in establishing MDL as the worldwide leader in chemical information management. Jones was part of the executive management team that led MDL`s successful initial public offering in 1993.
