RitzCamera.com acquires WolfCamera.com

Irvine, CA-based Ritz Interactive Inc., parent of RitzCamera.com, has acquired WolfCamera.com. Ritz says the acquisition gives it ownership of the No. 1 and No. 2 web-based photography supplies sites.

The Ritz Interactive portfolio also includes several other photography-related Internet properties, including digital imaging and photo-sharing site RitzPIX.com, and the content portal, Photography.com. Along with its photography sites, Ritz Interactive owns and operates web boating-and fishing-related destinations, including the online marine superstore, BoatersWorld.com.
