(http://solutions.coupons.com), the leading U.S. provider of consumer-printed coupon marketing and technology solutions, has signed its first international agreement with Cashstar International (www.cashtsar.com.au), a Sydney, Australia-based online direct marketing company . Cashstar`s agreement to use Coupons, Inc. technology follows its successful pilot program of an e-mail and banner-ad campaign featuring product coupons for Proctor & Gamble`s Pantene hair-care product.

Cashstar International`s Pantene campaign, launched in conjunction with Priceline (an Australian retailer), Permission Communications and Ninemsn, distributed consumer-printed $4-off coupons to existing Pantene users via e-mail. E-mail recipients could forward the coupon offer to friends via the campaign`s refer-a-friend component. The Pantene coupon campaign also included banner ads on Ninemsn.
