ANN ARBOR, MI (March 7, 2003) –ForeSee Results announced today that they will be working with The Iams Company, world leader in dog and cat nutrition, to measure and manage online customer satisfaction.

Bruce Blue, Director of Global Internet Marketing, says that Iams chose ForeSee Results because of its ability to provide precise, actionable insight on web customer satisfaction. Going beyond clickstream analysis, ForeSee Results is able to predict how satisfaction levels with various website elements will impact future behaviors such as the likelihood to purchase offline or return to the site for more information.
