Allen Bonde Group Recognizes Talbots As One of the Search Study’s Top Performers in Customer Self-Service

Talbots received top honors for its user-friendly search in a study conducted late last quarter by ABG, a market research and consulting firm located in Wellesley Hills, Mass. In that study, ABG analysts evaluated the online search capabilities of 57 leading retailers, ranking them according to their responses to three uniform natural-language queries. According to ABG, Talbots was one of only three sites that answered all three queries correctly and was considered one of the six “best” sites overall.
