Web site availability roars along like a lion in March

Web shoppers in March could access a top 50 retail site with a high broadband connection an average of 99.33% of the time, compared with an average of 98.32% for a low broadband connection and 84.69% for dial-up.

The retailers delivering the best site success rate in March included OfficeMax.com at 99.75% and Zappos.com and LLBean.com each with an average of 99.64%.

The web merchant providing the best low broadband availability also was OfficeMax.com at 99.35%.
