John Joseph Brings 20 Years of Expertise to Chicago`s Fastest Growing Company
CHICAGO - March 26, 2003 - Performics, a performance-based online marketing services company, today announced the appointment of John Joseph, 45, as senior vice president of client services. In this newly created role, Joseph oversees Performics` client service offering, ensures the satisfaction and growth of existing accounts, and manages the strategic development of Performics client service personnel.

Joseph brings more than 20 years of marketing and advertising experience to Performics, serving in both agency and client roles. Most recently, he was executive vice president of client services for Agency.com where he served such clients as British Airways, Nokia, HP/Compaq and Cigna. Joseph also served as president and CEO of Ketchum Directory Advertising, managing a base of key clients that included Allstate Insurance, Kinko`s, LensCrafters, Best Buy, Delta Air Lines and Best Western Hotels. Joseph spent eight years overseeing all marketing, advertising and stockholder relationship activities at Roto-Rooter Services Company, a $200MM nationwide home services entity.
Increased demand for performance-based media and specifically Performics` affiliate, search and e-mail marketing programs has fueled the consistent growth of Performics since its inception in 1998.
