George Loyer, founder of LoyaltyLab, heads Fry Inc.’s San Francisco office


George Loyer, a founder and former vice president of engineering of LoyaltyLab, an on-demand loyalty service for retailers, has joined web site development and hosting company Fry Inc. as managing director of its San Francisco office, Fry said today.

“We’re very excited to have George leading the San Francisco office,” said Fry Inc. president and CEO David Fry. “His experience in retail as well as the Bay Area will be instrumental to our continued growth.”

Loyer joins Fry from LoyaltyLab, whose retailer clients include 1-800-Flowers.com, Smith & Hawken, Pfaltzgraff and RedEnvelope. Loyer also has consulted in the loyalty market as senior director of technology with Loyalty Matrix and served as vice president and general manager of professional services for Netcentives, an online loyalty network.

Fry also announced its San Francisco office has moved to the edge of Potrero Hill at 444 De Haro Street.
