B3 CORP. APPOINTS ALEX GODELMAN TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY-INFRASTRUCTURE
Sherman Oaks, Calif., August 2, 2001 - B3 Corp., a leading e-business
solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Alex Godelman as
Executive Director of Information Technology-Infrastructure. Godelman
will be responsible for managing the company`s e-commerce transaction
processing and Web store hosting systems, communication networks and
corporate MIS activities.

Godelman brings with him more than 10 years of experience in computer
and technology systems management. Before joining B3 Corp., Godelman
was the Senior Director of Technology Infrastructure and Change
Management at WHN.com, where he built a sophisticated technology
infrastructure supporting multiple e-commerce sites. Prior to WHN.com,
Godelman was Director of the Information Technology Division of the Otis
organization, where he managed the company`s operations, applications,
networks and telecommunications systems. Godelman also served as
Manager of Systems at Aames Financial Corporation and Unilab
Corporation.
Godelman received his Masters of Science in Computer Science and Applied
Mathematics from Moldavian State University and has post-graduate
coursework in systems/network design and implementation, Oracle database
administration and data modeling.
