Joint Offering Will Measure Customer Response to Improve Store Operations

SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 19 -- Tomax Corporation and Mindshare Technologies announced today that they will partner to provide retailers with information designed to improve their store operations. Tomax clients who currently use the company`s Retail.net(R) suite to manage key operations like point-of-sale, back office tasks and labor scheduling will be able to gain daily input from customers about their shopping experience.

Historically retailers have been forced to measure the customer experience by proxy, by analyzing sales data or store traffic. Now, with Mindshare`s next generation interactive voice response technology, Tomax Retail.net users will be able to directly query customers about their perceptions of store performance.
