New CyberSource Payment Manager Version 4.0 Adds Supports for Sun Solaris,
Provides Robust Web-Based Reporting and Improves Hosting

CyberSource Payment Manager version 4.0, a robust payment processing
software package that features new support for Sun Solaris. In addition,
Payment Manager version 4.0 incorporates a web-based reporting package from
Cognos and enhancements to its multi-merchant hosting capabilities.
CyberSource Payment Manager version 4.0 will also come pre-packaged with
Impromptu Web Reports from Cognos. This new tool provides CyberSource
customers the ability to access standard Payment Manager reports through a
web-based interface and to customize the lay out, content, and format of
those reports.

single company. With Payment Manager version 4.0, CyberSource has enhanced
the hosting capabilities of the product to enable Payment Manager
administrators to add, delete or modify a profile of a new merchant or
company with no impact on the continuous operation of the server.

The CyberSource Payment Manager version 4.0 for Sun Solaris will be
available Oct. 1, 2001 and the CyberSource Payment Manager 4.0 for Windows
NT will be available Oct. 15, 2001. Pricing begins at $50,000.
