St. Paul, MN-based SPS Commerce Inc., a provider of web-based supply chain integration systems to retailers, has appointed Robert Toatley as vice president of sales. Toatley most recently was vice president of retail sales for Lawson Software. He will be responsible for SPS’s strategic direction in the retail sector and for managing the national sales division.
