RichFX hires a new head of sales

RichFX Inc., provider of rich media merchandising systems for web sites, has hired Jim Bonaventura as senior vice president of sales and account management.

He joins RichFX from American Color, a print and premedia business, where he was vice president of premedia and business solutions. He previously was senior vice president of global sales for Getty Images and held senior global management roles for R.R. Donnelley and Sons.

"RichFX is ideally positioned to meet emerging market needs, and I`m excited to drive the sales and account management efforts that will allow customers to meet those needs," Bonaventura says. "I have a certain passion for extracting value from image applications, and the sales team and I are going to work together to pass this value directly onto our customers."
