ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Dec. 9, 2003 – Fry, Inc., a leading e-commerce design, development and managed services provider, today announced that America’s Gardening Resource, Inc. (AGR, parent company of Gardener’s Supply and Dutch Gardens) selected Fry to handle the management and hosting of their online operations. Gardener’s Supply, online at http://gardeners.com, is a Vermont-based gardening catalog, online, and in-store retailer that offers garden-tested, earth-friendly products that appeal to both avid and beginning gardeners. The multi-year deal calls for Fry to provide comprehensive managed services and hosting, including engineering, round-the-clock monitoring and maintenance, and emergency services and support, if needed. The sites will be hosted from Fry`s network operations center in Chicago.

"Our business has grown substantially in the last few years," said Chris Thompson, CTO of Gardener`s Supply. "As a result, our hosting needs have changed. We look to Fry to deliver the high performance and availability that our expanding customer base demands from our site."

Fry designs, builds, hosts, and manages Web applications for clients in the retail, consumer packaged goods, financial, automotive, education, and broadcasting sectors.
