(Nasdaq: FAIM), today announced that Nanda Krish, a member of the company`s board of directors and previously interim CEO, has been named president and CEO. In his role as president and CEO, Krish will lead all aspects of the company from overall strategy to day-to-day operations.
Krish, the co-founder of Verilytics Inc., has been a member of the FairMarket board since its founding, and brings 15 years of e-commerce and general management experience to the firm.
