eshare® Receives Undisclosed Sum to Settle Patent Infringement Lawsuit
ATLANTA, GA - (September 28, 2001) eshare® communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: ESHR), a leading provider of Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions, and Stratasoft, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of I-Sector Corporation (Nasdaq: ISEC), today announced that they have settled the patent infringement lawsuit that has been ongoing between the parties. The parties have entered into a patent license agreement under which Stratasoft will pay an undisclosed sum to eshare, and the parties have cross-licensed each other`s current patents as well as patents that may be obtained in the future.

Kirk Somers, assistant general counsel and senior director of intellectual property for eshare, stated, "Under the terms of the settlement, Stratasoft is obligated to pay eshare undisclosed amounts for which it will receive a license to eshare`s patent portfolio. "
