into an agreement with SportsLine.com, Inc (Nasdaq: SPLN). Based on the
agreement, Altura has designed and implemented a custom shopping channel for
the highly trafficked MarketPlace shopping section of the CBS SportsLine.com
site. The co-branded SportsLine.com and Altura site, located at
http://sportsline.catalogcity.com , features over 350 name brand merchants and
more than 300,000 products for SportsLine.com users to shop from. Altura`s
extensive list of merchant partners will supplement the existing
SportsLine.com merchandise to offer an even more compelling shopping user
experience.
MarketPlace on SportsLine.com launched in July 2000 as a merchandise area
within CBS SportsLine.com, designed to enable non-sports retailers to access
SportsLine.com`s highly attractive targeted audience, while providing CBS
SportsLine.com users with convenient access to a variety of appealing products
and services. It operates independently from MVP.com, which was launched by
SportsLine.com and USA Networks` ECS division in May 2001 and features
licensed sports apparel, memorabilia and sporting goods.
