Newegg.com Selects Loyalty Lab`s On-Demand Retail Email and Loyalty Suite
SAN FRANCISCO – Dec. 13, 2005 – Loyalty Lab Inc., the leader in on-demand retail loyalty and customer management, announced today that online computer, consumer electronics and communications product superstore Newegg.com has selected Loyalty Lab’s Customer Relationship Manager Suite to power new loyalty and email marketing initiatives.
Last year Newegg.com generated approximately $1 billion in sales, up from just over $500 million the year before. The company will use Loyalty Lab’s suite of tools to collect customer and transaction data and use the information to implement and track both targeted email campaigns and loyalty programs.
