as vice president of sales and business development.

Mr. Hackworth has fifteen years of experience leading sales, business

retail clients. Prior to joining CommerceHub, Mr. Hackworth rapidly rose
through the executive ranks at the Fleming Companies, Inc., the second
largest wholesale food distributor in the United States. One of Mr.
Hackworth`s many accomplishments while at Fleming was to grow their
Retail Technology Services division from $15 million to over $60 million
in a period of three years. Most recently, Mr. Hackworth was vice
president of business development at Armature, Inc., a supply chain
technology provider, where he developed high profile strategic and
revenue generating relationships with Fortune 500 technology companies.
