LinkShare names a VP of client development

Online marketing company LinkShare Corp., a subsidiary of Japanese company Rakuten Inc., has named Joseph Sabatino as vice president of client development.

In his new role, Sabatino will be responsible for the strategic direction of LinkShare's performance-based marketing offerings and will be based out of the company's Chicago office.

Sabatino joined LinkShare in February 2001 as managing director of client development, western region.
