Kewill Solutions Names Mike Dolan Chief Operating Officer
December 21, 2005 - Marlborough, MA – Kewill Solutions (LSE: KWL), the leader in enterprise shipping management software and services, today announced that Mike Dolan, former Senior VP and General Manager of Worldwide Operations for Mapics, has been named chief operating officer of Kewill Solutions, the shipping management subsidiary of Kewill Systems.

As COO, Dolan will have responsibility for directing the sales, service, support and development of the company’s parcel shipping management solution offerings including Flagship, Kewill Ship and Clippership. The appointment of Dolan will allow Nichols to focus greater attention to his role as CEO for Kewill Solutions’ parent company, Kewill Systems plc and its four subsidiaries.

Dolan joins Kewill from Mapics, a global provider of ERP, CRM, PLM and Supply Chain Solutions to the manufacturing industry where he served as senior vice president and general manager of Worldwide Operations. He also served as vice president of Americas Operations and vice president and general manager of International Operations during his tenure there. Before joining Mapics he was President and CEO of Thru-Put Technologies a manufacturing centric supply chain vendor that serves manufacturers of industrial and heavy metal equipment, automotive components, custom electronics, and aerospace and defense equipment or components. Prior to Thru-Put, Dolan held management positions with Baan, Consilium, and ASK, Inc.
Dolan received a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from St. Bonaventure University.
