INFOGLIDE SOFTWARE SIGNS SOFTWARE LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH THE TJX COMPANIES, INC.
Leading Apparel Retailer Selects Infoglide Software’s Solution for Retail Risk Management
Austin, Texas, January 11, 2006 – Infoglide Software Corporation today announced it has signed a licensing agreement with The TJX Companies, Inc. for its Retail Risk Management solution. The TJX Companies is the parent company of T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and other leading brands. The Retail Risk Management solution is based on Infoglide Software’s Bladeworks transactional business intelligence software and will be used across The TJX Companies divisions for retail loss prevention.

Infoglide Software’s solution for Retail Risk Management decreases retail loss by automatically discovering hidden relationships in returns transactions between individual customers, employees, and vendors and creating a multi-dimensional view of each customer, employee, vendor, and their activity. The technology is person-focused versus pattern-focused and can sift through large amounts of data in multiple databases uncovering suspicious connections between people and their specific transactional activity in near real-time.
