Fossil appoints a new retail division president
Fossil Inc. has named Jennifer Pritchard as president of its retail division.
In the newly created position, Pritchard’s responsibilities will include overseeing all of Fossil’s multiple retail concepts in North America and Europe as well as direct involvement in retail development in Asia. The position reports directly to Fossil CEO Kosta Kartsotis.
“We are excited to have Jennifer as part of our team,” Kartsotis says. “Her merchandising experience will be invaluable to us as we continue to expand our domestic and international retail operations.”
Fossil operates 182 stores worldwide, including 80 accessory, 72 outlet and 30 jeanswear locations. Pritchard will be responsible for all retail concepts worldwide. The company’s retail division also includes Fossil.com, No. 198 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide to Retail Web Sites. In the U.S. Fossil operates a network of 113 company-owned stores, with 54 retail stores located in premier retail sites and 59 outlet stores located in major outlet malls.
Fossil reported e-commerce sales of $35.8 million in 2005.
