A faster way to get that caffeine fix
Talk of a niche market on the InternetÑcoffee drinkers in Factoria, Wash., can now use their web-enabled cell phones to order and pay for a cup of coffee from Tully's Coffee and have it waiting for them when they get to the shop. Tully's is using a system called moBop designed by NetCommerce LLC. More than 90 coffee drinkers are participating in the pilot that will end Dec. 8. "The feedback we have received has been tremendous," said Matt Howe, president of NetCommerce. "The experience is quick, easy, and fun. Pilot participants have begun to incorporate moBop into their daily routines."
