Successful Execution and Year-Over-Year Growth during Peak Period Demonstrate NewRoads` Scalability

During the six week period, NewRoads processed 39% more orders, handled 24% more customer calls, and shipped 32% more parcels than the same period in the prior year.

Most of NewRoads’ clients had record volumes over the period as direct-to-customer channels continue to grow at multiples of overall retail spending. Even with this growth, and often unpredictable week to week volume swings, NewRoads met or exceeded its customer service level agreements and delivered a positive brand experience for its clients’ end customers. The results demonstrate NewRoads’ continued ability to effectively scale to meet peak volumes and support its client partners during the critical holiday season.
