Network Commerce Announces New Membership Program On FreeMerchant.com

Network Commerce Inc., the global technology infrastructure and services company, today announced a new membership program on FreeMerchant.com, its award-winning e-commerce technology and application service provider. The new membership packages, designed in response to feedback from merchants currently on the FreeMerchant platform, provide updated services, tools and support for merchants wishing to establish and grow a Web business. Most of FreeMerchantŐs tools and services, including online store building, hosting and secure shopping cart, will remain free. Three new paid membership levels will allow merchants to access varied levels of support, services and tools based on their individual needs. "Our challenge is to support the more than 200,000 merchants that have built e-stores on the FreeMerchant platform and to continue to encourage other merchants to join," said Dwayne Walker, chairman and chief executive officer of Network Commerce.
