Partnership Aims To Help Small E-Businesses

Small-business online financial services provider OneCore.com and free Internet service and e-commerce services provider eCongo.com have announced a marketing and promotions partnership. Under the terms of the agreement, eCongo.com merchants will have access to OneCore.com's suite of financial management services. Los Gatos, Calif.-based eCongo.com says it offers small businesses and Web entrepreneurs a free, managed e-commerce service with the components necessary to successfully conduct business online, including a Web store builder and administrator, multiple integrated payment methods, Web customer service, shipping and delivery management, advertising services and a merchant network. The partnership will enable eCongo.com merchants to establish a OneCore.com account and access its cash management, bill payment, payroll, 401(k) plans, credit needs and merchant accounts while earning money market returns on operating balances. Bedford, Mass.-based OneCore.com is designed to act like an EFO-Electronic Financial Officer-to help businesses manage financial activities through a single online account. All accounts are offered through OneCore Securities Inc., a registered broker/dealer and a wholly-owned subsidiary of OneCore.com, the company says.
