Health and beauty retailer Phar-Mor Inc., announced an exclusive alliance with online drugstore More.com.
The alliance will give Phar-Mor an entrance to the fiercely competitive world of online pharmacies. As part of the deal, Phar-Mor will make a equity investment in More.com.
The alliance will be launched at a unique URL later this spring and will include an online prescription service and in-store pick-up at all Phar-Mor retail stores. Phar-Mor also will deliver prescriptions directly to customers nationwide, while More.com customers will be able to get in-store prescription pick-up at Phar-Mor stores.
