RichFX has appointed Tracy Tomasso as senior vice president of operations and technology, In addition to overseeing the delivery of solutions to the rich media provider’s clients, Tomasso will lead research and development initiatives for the company.
Most recently, Tomasso, a 12-year veteran in operations for technology companies, was with T-Mobile’s international operations. Previously, she managed the corporate help desk operations and intranet and e-commerce operations for Procter & Gamble. While at P&G, she founded the Global IT Business Consortium for strategists across all product divisions, a forum that became an important vehicle for P&G executives to plan key strategic initiatives.
CEO Johann Butting said that in her new role, Tomasso will be instrumental in the development and delivery of next-generation product offerings. “Our company has experienced a tremendous period of growth over the last several years, and Ms. Tomasso will focus on managing our continued growth by developing innovative products,” Butting said.
