Members of online shopping portal ebates.com can now sign up for an ebates.com NextCard Visa. San Francisco-based ebates.com pays its members up to 25% cash back from Web retailers when members begin their shopping at ebates.com, it says.
Members applying for the ebates.com NextCard Visa will receive a $30 credit when they make a purchase through ebates.com using the new credit card, the company says. Further, members using their ebates.com NextCard will receive an additional 10% rebate credited to their credit card when they shop at selected merchants, it adds. The card features "instant" online approval, personalized PictureCard designs and a 100% Safe Shopping Pledge. Cardholders will receive also receive online customer services featuring account alerts, electronic statements and bill payment.
The initial group of ebates.com merchants participating in the program includes Reel.com, PetStore.com, BigStar.com, Borders.com, Garden.com, Art.com and eBags.
