Vendare Media Appoints Linda Fayne Levinson CEO
Will Lead Company During Search for Replacement of Keith Cohn, Who Has Resigned
EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--Feb. 8, 2006--Vendare Media, a leading provider of performance-based online media and marketing solutions, today announced the appointment of Linda Fayne Levinson as the company`s CEO. Levinson, an experienced industry executive and Vendare`s Board Chair, has agreed to lead the company while it searches for a replacement for former president and CEO, Keith Cohn, who has resigned.

Linda Fayne Levinson has had a diverse and extensive career as a venture capital and private equity investor, an operating executive, a consultant and a public and private company board member. Most recently, Ms. Levinson was a partner at GRP Partners, a Los Angeles venture capital firm during which time she was both an investor and board member of Overture Services (now a Yahoo! company); lastminute.com; Cybersource, Homestead, I4 Technologies among other internet companies. Highlights of her earlier career include American Express, where she was general manager of the leisure travel agency and tour business and McKinsey & Co. where she was the first woman partner. Ms. Levinson has had extensive board experience and presently sits on the boards of Ingram Micro, Inc., Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. and NCR Corporation.
