LONG BEACH, Calif. – December 17, 2001, SatisFusion, the premier developer of revenue-focused customer retention solutions for eCommerce, announced a strategic partnership with UEC Web, which exclusively represents Hitachi Home Electronics Division of Hitachi America, Ltd. SatisFusion will be creating Personalized Product Portfolios for purchasers of products and offering them Extended Service Plans (ESPs). UEC Web markets Hitachi products, refurbished by Hitachi, to the public.

In the event of a warranty or service contract claim, the customer will be able to come to the Personalized Product Portfolio, choose a convenient repair facility, set a service appointment and track repair progress -- online or off.
