Limited Targets Gen Y with LimitedToo.com
Not content with outfitting only adult women, apparel retailer Limited Inc. has turned its attention to teens and preteens with newly launched LimitedToo.com, an Internet destination for the "tween" generation of girls age 7 to 14.
Building on the strengths of its adult brands, which include Express, Lane Bryant, Structure, Victoria's Secret and the Limited, LimitedToo.com offers young girls online fashion, makeup and room accessories as well as entertainment news and lifestyle features.
"We wanted to build a hot, energetic Web site that harnesses the demand for fashion and lifestyle products and services for this market,'' said Miki Racine, Limited's director of database marketing. "Working together with R.R. Donnelley Online Services, we've developed a hip, creative destination that empowers girls to explore, share, learn and have fun.''
