AirMagnet Names Tim Straight Vice President of Sales
Global product distribution expert contributes nearly 30 years of tech experience to WLAN security leader
SUNNYVALE, Calif., Feb. 21, 2006 - AirMagnet Inc., the leader in wireless LAN (WLAN) security and performance solutions, announced Tim Straight as the company`s new vice president of sales. With 29 years of experience, Mr. Straight has engineered global sales campaigns, managed multiple worldwide sales organizations and driven impressive revenue growth.
Mr. Straight brings extensive high-tech sales experience to AirMagnet and was most recently vice president of sales and marketing for Commtouch Software, a leading developer of anti-spam and e-mail virus protection solutions. Leveraging his experience at such companies as Netscreen and Check Point Software, Mr. Straight will drive AirMagnet`s worldwide sales objectives and expand the company`s strategic channel partner relationships to build upon AirMagnet`s current success and accelerate revenue growth.
