January 14, 2002 (New York, NY) - Givex Corporation, North America`s premier gift certificate management provider, today introduced a new web-based loyalty solution, capable of running concurrently with a gift card application, into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) arena.

Aimed at helping the retail and hospitality markets increase customer loyalty, Givex`s new product allows merchants to implement comprehensive customer loyalty programs that are highly customizable, leverage existing technology and support sustained growth. Merchants can select a pre-designed points package or create their own program.
