Timebeat.com Enterprises Inc., an online luxury goods seller, said its affiliate, Watch Central Repair Center, will honor all manufacturers and extended warranties given by Internet competitors, including those who are no longer in business, such as Miadora.com. Chairman of Timebeat.com, Thomas L.
